Visit our Pet Portal to access information from your pet’s medical record 24/7. You can view and print your pet’s vaccination history; print a copy of the rabies certificate; view exam notes and lab results; see your account summary and recent invoices; check to see when your pet’s next appointment is scheduled; or upload a photo of your pet.

Portals are available to any client with an active account at our hospital. Your username is the main email address attached to your account with us. Initially, your password is the same as your username, but the first time you log in you will be prompted to create a new password.
