Please make note of these dates so you can prepare ahead for any needs.
WE WILL BE CLOSED:
- Monday May 27th—Memorial Day
- Thursday July 4th–Independence Day
- Thursday July 17th through Tuesday July 22nd–Veterinary Conference
- Monday September 1st—Labor Day
- Thursday September 18th–Vacation
- Thursday November 27th—Thanksgiving
- Winter Break TBA at a later date
NORMAL HOURS:
- Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Closed on Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays
- We are typically in surgery on Wednesdays

Remember that you can access your pets’ vaccine records on our CLIENT PORTAL. This is especially helpful when you need vaccine records for boarding or grooming, or if you need to visit another veterinary office. You simply need to go to Covetrus Client Portal (https://login.evetpractice.com/Clients/Account/LogOn) and click “Log On”. Your initial username and password is your email address (typically the one through which you received this email). You will be prompted to change the password the first time you log on. I’d recommend trying this out ahead of time so if you if you have trouble accessing the site, you can let us know to do a reset.
PLEASE check your medications and make sure you will have enough to get through the times we will be closed. Let us know 2 weeks ahead of time so we can order them, if needed, and mail them out to you.
